Welcome to my blog! My name is Sophie. I am twenty-two years old and I am currently based in San Antonio.

I graduated from Baylor University in May of 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in News-Editorial Journalism and a minor in Forensic Science.

I have had a passion for true crime, forensics and writing for as long as I can remember. I would research cases in my free time and read any true crime book I could get my hands on.

I have so many memories of watching shows on Investigation Discovery with my mom for hours on end and never getting tired of it. I can also remember keeping up with major cases alongside my mom and sister, discussing theories and the latest updates.

I have had the idea for starting this blog for some time now, so I am really excited to turn my dream into a reality of combining my loves for true crime and writing and getting my website running.

Through this blog, I don’t want to just cover any and all cases. My goal is to also bring awareness to the victims who have senselessly had their lives cut short and victims whose cases have gone unsolved. They and their families deserve a voice and an advocate, and I hope to be just that.

Whether you’re a true-crime fanatic like myself, you’re just starting out or you’re just browsing through for my sake, I want to thank you so much for supporting me. It truly means the world to me.
